Born and raised in New York, with part of her childhood spent in Paris, Noa brings a global perspective to her reporting. She earned her master’s degree in Counterterrorism & Homeland Security with a specialization in Cybersecurity overseas. Her work has taken her from chaotic nights in the control room during presidential impeachments, elections, and the COVID-19 pandemic to the frontlines of human stories - interviewing war victims from Ukraine and October 7, and profiling everyone from celebrities to beloved New York cultural figures.
